Objective:

Provide administrative support to the Sales and GDs Directors at Mercedes-Benz México.

Day to day (main tasks):

  • Preparation of the Directors' work agenda, coordination of meetings, preparation of detailed information for each meeting/event, and booking of meeting rooms.
  • Travel support: travel quotation and booking, checking and settlement of expenses.
  • Review of emails, follow-up and responses, and telephone assistance.
  • Administrative support to the company in ordering office supplies and electronic equipment.

Profile:

Education:
Business Administration, Economics or similar.

Previous experience:
: min 1 year experience in a similar position

Languages
: Advanced English

· Location: CDMX (Santa Fe)
