Data Engineer
  • Pay: $4K–$7K/month USD
  • Location: LATAM
    • Remote
  • Schedule: PST business hours
  • Build and run the core ETL stack that powers care delivery and analytics.
What you'll do

  • Build and maintain Airflow DAGs (ETL orchestration)

  • Write fast, reliable SQL and PostgreSQL queries

  • Develop Python ETL scripts using pandas and sqlalchemy

  • Integrate APIs and manage schema/rate-limit changes

  • Model clean data for Power BI dashboards

  • Create stakeholder-ready dashboards with minimal input

  • Monitor, debug, and optimize data pipelines

Must-haves

  • Based in LATAM

  • Fluent English (C1/C2)

  • 3+ years in data engineering or ETL pipelines

  • Strong Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Airflow

  • BI dashboard skills (Power BI, Looker, or Tableau)

  • Can build Power BI dashboard in 2 weeks, no training

  • Has prior dashboard work or mock project using dummy data

  • Proven async collaboration with U.S. teams

  • Self-managed, no micromanagement needed

Nice to have

  • Built ML models (regression, classification, trees, etc.)
