Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Engineerin, Human Resources, or related.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced English level (oral and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Activities
- Support the full recruitment cycle for new employees, including drafting job postings, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure an effective and smooth integration experience for new hires.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions or development programs.
- Support logistics for internal and external training initiatives.
- Track and maintain training records to ensure compliance and continuous development.
- Assist in maintaining updated compensation data and ensuring consistency with company guidelines.
- Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management Software
- Coordinate health and safety programs.
- Drive physical and emotional well-being initiatives
- Support of the subsidiary's Management regarding HR topics
- Contribution in HR projects and HR process design
