A Generalist, Human Resources is responsible of the diverse Human Resources activities assigned, this position belongs to Human Resources shared services team, giving support in related activities to the department.

We are seeking a professional that takes ownership of the processes and impact in a positive way the organization.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • On site support to the operations team on human resources related topics
  • Ensure the Compliance with the company's Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics.
  • Effective Organizational and Personal Communication.
  • Resolution of internal conflicts.
  • Support to the different teams and shifts

What You'll Need To Excel
At a minimum, you'll need.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Fluent Oral English proficiency.
  • Availability to support different shifts.

It´d Be Great If You Also Have

  • Computer/Software Skills
  • Experience working with WORKDAY.
