Job Description:

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented operator to serve as the dedicated Sales Operations & Logistics Specialist for our client, TeraGanix. In this role, you will be the standalone operational hub, taking complete ownership of their e-commerce, shipping, and financial admin processes. Your core mission is to ensure all back-end operations run seamlessly so the TeraGanix team can focus on growth and strategy. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on being the go-to expert.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Shopify operations: order processing, inventory, and returns.
  • Oversee shipping and fulfillment via ShipStation, serving as the main contact for carriers.
  • Handle customer service operations related to orders and tracking using Gorgias.
  • Manage financial tasks: record payments in QuickBooks, and process A/R and A/P.
  • Ensure sales-tax compliance using Avalara and handle affiliate payouts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of professional, hands-on Shopify experience is required.
  • Proven experience in an operations, logistics, or e-commerce role.
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously and make confident decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new platforms like ShipStation, Gorgias, and QuickBooks.

Bonus Points: Experience with ShipStation, Gorgias, QuickBooks, or Avalara.
