Description:Era Una Vez Animations is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager with proven experience in B2B sales of audiovisual content and/or publishing, to lead business development and close strategic deals for a growing animated IP.This is not a traditional sales role.It is consultative sales of intellectual property (IP). You will work directly with the creative and strategy teams to position Pepito: The Animated Miniseries in international markets.Responsibilities:- Develop business opportunities for animated series and comics / publishing.
  • Prospect, pitch, and negotiate with sales agents, distributors, platforms, broadcasters, publishers, and IP licensors.
  • Present the project as a scalable IP with strong digital traction.
  • Lead negotiations covering territories, windows, exclusivity, and IP rights.
  • Build and manage an active B2B sales pipeline.
  • Represent the project in meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Gather market feedback and contribute to strategic and creative decision-making.Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales of:- Audiovisual content (animation, series, TV, streaming), and/or- Publishing, comics, or IP licensing.
  • Proven track record of closed deals.
  • Strong understanding of distribution models, licensing structures, and IP rights.
  • Experience with LatAm, U.S., and/or European markets.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent or advanced English (required).
  • Availability to work on-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León.Salary Range:- MXN $20,000 – $50,000 per month.
  • Uncapped performance-based commissions.Benefits:- Work on an original animated IP with strong digital traction.
