Our client, is a U.S.-based CNC machinery dealer and digital auction platform with over 
20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
. Our client connects buyers and sellers of CNC machines, fabrication tools, and industrial equipment through a robust online marketplace serving manufacturers across 
North America
.

Their goal is to make the process of buying and selling used CNC equipment 
simple, transparent, and efficient by
leveraging both digital marketing and personal relationships within the manufacturing community.

About the Role

The role focuses on 
engaging manufacturing facilities, distributors, and plant managers
 to identify used CNC machinery available for sale, qualify potential buyers, and support the procurement and auction pipeline.

This is a great fit for a 
results-driven, detail-oriented professional
 who enjoys B2B outreach, building relationships, and learning about CNC machines and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with manufacturing companies in the U.S. to identify 
    CNC machines and fabrication equipment available for sale
    .
  • Qualify, nurture, and follow up with 
    leads provided through MTB's CRM and lead generation tools
    .
  • Conduct 
    outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
     to expand MTB's seller and buyer network.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, opportunities, and deal status in 
    HubSpot CRM
    .
  • Research U.S. manufacturing companies to understand their production setup, equipment, and potential opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the U.S. procurement and operations team to 
    schedule inspections, verify machine details, and finalize listings
    .
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly procurement goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    3–5 years' experience
     in B2B procurement, inside sales, or industrial lead generation.
  • Familiarity with 
    CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment
     (mills, lathes, VMCs, lasers, press brakes, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent 
    English communication skills (spoken and written) are required, and candidates
    must be confident engaging with U.S. clients by phone.
  • Prior experience working 
    with U.S. or North American clients
     is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    CRM tools
     such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Organized, persistent, and comfortable handling multiple prospects and follow-ups daily.
  • A mechanical or manufacturing engineering background is a plus
