Descripción del puesto:

Coordinar la logística y seguimiento de los embarques marítimo, aéreo y/o terrestre de exportación y/o importación, generando comunicación efectiva y compromiso para lograr la satisfacción de los clientes internos y externos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Transmitir al cliente de forma amable el servicio de a través de la aplicación correcta de los procesos establecidos.
  • Estar en constante actualización de disposiciones y regulaciones aduaneras que ayuden a un mejor desempeño de su trabajo.
  • Dar el seguimiento completo de todos los embarques hasta que se asegure la satisfacción total del cliente.
  • Cumplir con los reportes que le solicite el Gerente y/o Coordinadores de Operaciones.
  • Tener disponibilidad de atender y asesorar al cliente siempre de forma cordial y respetuosa.
  • Mantener al cliente informado del status de sus embarques.
  • La comunicación interna con sus compañeros de trabajo debe ser cordial, respetuosa y siempre estar dispuesto a cooperar.
  • Tener un amplio criterio para la toma de decisiones y estar abierto a la interrelación con otros departamentos de la empresa.
  • Trabajar de forma organizada y con la presión que implica de atender varias cuentas.
  • Identificar un problema a tiempo y darle solución.
  • Ser proactivo y saber lo que el cliente necesita para poder adelantarse a sus necesidades.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés avanzado conversacional (B2 o superior) -
    Indispensable
  • Conocimientos avanzados de estrategias de logística.
  • Conocimiento de regulaciones aduanales en México y US.}
  • Conocimiento de INCOTERMS
