Onboarding Coordinator  

Site: One Tower

Modality: Hibrido -WAHA

 Mon to Fri at 9:00 to 19:00 hrs.

Overview

The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a seamless integration from preboarding to offboarding. This role focuses on strategy, governance, and the use of digital tools to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.

Education and specific training

  • Bachelor Degree

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Policy & Governance: Establish and maintain clear policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency across all onboarding processes.
  • Management Tools / Welcomesite: Administer and optimize digital platforms (e.g., Welcomesite) to support onboarding, communication, and employee engagement.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze onboarding metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and propose improvements.
  • Preboarding: Design preboarding activities to prepare new hires before their first day, ensuring a positive initial experience.
  • Onboarding: Deliver structured onboarding programs that integrate employees into the company culture, values, and operations.
  • Offboarding: Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, knowledge transfer, and maintain positive alumni relations.
  • Reboarding: Create reboarding initiatives for employees returning after extended absences, ensuring reintegration and productivity.
  • Induction Manual: Develop and update induction manuals to provide clear guidance and resources for new employees.
  • Integration Workshops: Facilitate workshops and team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and cultural alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, Talent Management, or Employee Experience roles.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding strategies and HR governance.
  • Ability to manage digital tools and platforms for employee engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Work Experience

  • 2-year experience in Human Resources 

Technical Skills

  • Intermediate usage of MS Office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point)
