About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist who can lead IT recruitment efforts while also managing end-to-end HR operations for our Guadalajara office. This role will directly support business growth by hiring top technical talent and ensuring compliance with HR policies, onboarding processes, employee engagement, and general people operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary Focus)

  • Manage full-cycle IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and offer closure
  • Build strong candidate pipelines through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and local tech communities
  • Conduct HR screening calls, verify candidate legitimacy, and ensure compliance with internal hiring processes
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide timely updates

Human Resources (End-to-End Support)

  • Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires (documents, systems access, first-day coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Support payroll coordination and timesheet validation
  • Assist with benefits administration and day-to-day HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with Mexico labor regulations and company policies
  • Support employee engagement activities, performance review coordination, and disciplinary documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (English: Professional proficiency required)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of Mexico labor laws and HR best practices
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a staffing/consulting company
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Understanding of US-based clients and technical job roles (Software, Hardware, QA, DevOps, etc.)
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
