Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing standardization of manufacturing quality enablers for automotive projects. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality excellence through data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Performing root cause analysis of quality issues using advanced problem-solving tools
- Supporting warranty analysis processes and implementing corrective actions to address field issues
- Participating in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities to ensure quality requirements are met
- Analyzing quality data from internal and external indicators to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Managing engineering changes while working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
- Conducting product evaluation tests to ensure robustness of product or process changes before full implementation
- Serving as the point of contact for engineering quality and all product-related incidents
Your profile
- Good conversational English skills (B2, C1, C2)
- Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or related
- 0-1 year of relevant experience for the role
- Familiarity with product quality processes, PPAP documentation, and warranty analysis techniques
- Knowledge of quality management systems and automotive quality standards
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Results-oriented mindset with an assertive and ambitious nature
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
