Kiewit is seeking a Craft Recruitment Advisor to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be pivotal in attracting and acquiring skilled craft talent for various projects and operations across the company. Your expertise will ensure we build a strong workforce that exemplifies our commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in craft strategic planning and sourcing meetings.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled craft talent.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and requirements.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction or craft industries.
  • Strong understanding of skilled craft roles and the recruiting landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
