4. Lead process-building initiatives, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and integrate industry best practices to enhance recruitment and operational outcomes.
5. Collaborate closely with the leadership team to harmonize talent strategies with the companys overarching goals, ensuring that recruitment efforts directly contribute to global expansion plans.
