Trainer - Call Center

ACSI’s fast-growing team is in search of a BILINGUAL TRAINER to handle Onboarding and Continuous developmental training for agents that work with our many US-based clients. We are looking for Trainers who thrive in dynamic environments and have previous Call Center Training experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support operations
- Research, develop and implement Training.
- Evaluate and recommend corrective actions.
- Coaching, continuous support, and motivation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as the Google Documents suite.
**Requirements**:
- US Visa preferred.
- Work on pressure.
- Excellent attitude.
- Proactive and with initiative.
- Very good personal presentation.
- Previous Call center experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Minimum English level of 95% (verbal and written).
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position.

Salario: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mes
