**Main Responsabilities**:

- Report to Latam Sr. Finance Manager (LatAm) and be a business partner for all business/function areas
- Good business mind-set with labor, tax and accounting background in order to prepare
- Budget and Forecast (monthly, quarterly, annual) and be ready to discuss it with all heads department
- Performing KPIs/Dashboard regarding the comparison Budget/Forecast against Actual; analyze all significant divergency/issue and suggest action plan/improvement to support the business/stakeholders to achieve the results.
- Manage the external outsourcing for local accounting and local tax activities and ensure that all local legal/tax reports were submitted properly and right time
- Monitoring all activities performed by LatAm team regarding Corporate Accounting, Treasury & Acc. Payable and Credit & Collection
- Standardize all finance process according to corporate policy and Latam KPI/Dashboard
- Attend internal and external auditors

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
- Fluent in English to communicate with the entire group.
- 5 years of relevant experience in Finance
- Must have a strong understanding of local taxation regulations with ability to advise. (SAT & regulation)
- Holding a CPA certification is strongly preferred.
- Solid tax knowledge and advanced Excel.
