We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.Acts as a trusted Business Partner to Mexican Market and BRM and Copiloting the stream leaders to ensure the IT strategy are aligned with the Financial Targets.Ensure accurate, timely efficient and compliant financial reporting at NiM and Hub level. Coordinate activities under DF and Period end Close for Group reporting, local statutory reporting and internal management reporting, in accordance with Nestlé Accounting Standards, Nestlé Costing Standards and local accounting standards.**Key Responsibilities**:Coordinate the DF/Budget, PEC - period end close activities, finance reporting and analysis support to the ONE IT LATAM Organization (Functional streams and Mexican Market)Prepare an accurate IT HUB annual budget and subsequent DF ensuring data is comprehensive and appropriately challenged. Plan, coordinate and maintain cost control, measure performance against plan and report to management.Execute Hub Mexico consolidation to ensure transparency to local management and CIO LATAM.Coordinate and influence the forecast HUB Mexico to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and the Dynamic Forecast.Perform and Lead financial analysis to strategic decisions related to resources and projects to ensure full transparency of any financial and or non-financial implications.Execute Risk and Opportunities assessment, and identify actions to mitigates risks and/or accelerate opportunitiesCoordinate and validate CACT, GLOB, PACT and others magnitude reports to the Hub and Market Mexico. Timely NiM / Regional consolidation to ensure transparency to both local management and the GroupCoordinate the Financial Analyst in the Hub Mexico related to the activities in the accruals, IG Reconciliation between Hub and LATAM Markets, Charge Backs (ICO Forms) for the Markets and External Consultants controls.Coordinate to the process of design and implementation ofthe standard internal controls to the Market Services (L3) and LATAM Markets. This includes developing and analyzing for cost center actuals and budgets as well as tracking savings due to GLOBE IS/IT Regional AMS Market Services initiatives/business cases.Support the risk management process (ERM - Enterprize Risk Management) in IT LATAM.**Required Profile**:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance3 + years experience in finance / accounting in areas of Division, Operations or Corporate Finance. (Experience in IT Finance a plus).Working knowledge of finance tools includins SAP.Fluency English and SpanishExcellent verbal and written skills, organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including aptitude for mentoring and coaching others, and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovatives solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer; the ability to identify alternatives, workarounds or temporary solutions.The ability to challenge the status quo and recommend new methods and solutions to problems and issues.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and OutlookProject Management (Basic)
