**Intelligent Automation DevOps, Senior Developer**

- Provides guidance and mentoring to staff members.

**_ About you:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; **mastery in English and local language.**:

- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.- Experience designing and implementing

**_processes, and tools _**(using
- **WorkFusion** or relevant RPA Tools, SAP Workflows, SalesForce Workflows, Chat bots using SAP CAI, Einstein BOT, Kore.ai or others, Python)- Extensive knowledge in ITIL and ITSM methodologies and experience in delivering through DevOps model.**Impact/Scope**:
- Collaborates with peers, technical and account leaders and external and internal sales partners.- Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers and Program Core Teams.- Leads a global project requiring sales operations systems design, implementation and communication.
