**DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION LEAD / INTERNATIONAL COMPANY**

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Responsibilities**

**Project & Program Management**
- Support and lead cross-functional digital transformation projects from concept to execution.
- Develop business cases and secure executive buy-in for key initiatives.
- Track program milestones, risks, budgets, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with IT team and PMO or product teams to ensure delivery standards.

**Technology & Innovation**
- Support in identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data analytics).
- Drive enterprise architecture modernization and digital platforms adoption.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate new solutions securely and efficiently.
- Partner with vendors and startups for innovative pilots and proof-of-concepts

- **Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- **More than 5 years of professional experience**in digital transformation, innovation, or IT leadership roles.
- Proven track record in leading digital initiatives in medium to large organizations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale digital projects.
- Demonstrated success in business process reengineering and digital enablement.
- Experience working in fast-paced, change-intensive environments Preferable prior involvement experience in global or multi-country transformation programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- **Advanced to fluent English (essential for global and cross-functional coordination).**:

- **Strong understanding of emerging technologies and agile methodologies.**:

- Experience working on **big or international companies**

**Specific Knowledge**:

- AI, cloud computing, and IoT, RPA, Big Data, etc.
- Experience with BPMN, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)

**Perks**

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
**Modality**: Full-time, 100% payroll, Hybrid in Mexico City (3 days on site, 2 days home office)

**Salary**: $80,000 MXN gross monthly
