**What success looks like in this role**:
Responsable de administrar las operaciones de servicios de campo en un área determinada de México, siendo el líder inmediato del equipo técnico y responsable de las entregas, reportando al Gerente de Servicios de Campo México.
- Gestión de Personas
- Amonestación Al
- Aprobación de Gastos Operativos, Plan Anual de Vacaciones, Mandato de Capacitación, Validación y Aprobación de Horas Extras, entre otros.
- Administrar adecuadamente todas las métricas del equipo de campo (Productividad / KPI)
- Administrar los costos asociados con su área de operación;
- Gestión de SLA's y Handovers, Liderar reuniones de equipo, participar en reuniones con otros líderes de la organización y clientes; Liderar planes de mejora, prevención y corrección;
- Gobernanza con el cliente - Cara a cara; Coordinador de Proyectos

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Escolaridad: Nível superior (Administración de Empresas / Ingeniería o afín)
- Inglés intermedio
- Experiência en Gestión Operativa de Servicios de Campo
- Experiência en Gestión de Personas
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas
- Comunicación clara y estructurada
- Resiliente y flexible para gestionar urgencias, priorizaciones y demandas de emergencia
- Sentido de urgencia.
- Experiência en seguimiento de indicadores SLA.
- Elaboración de informes de SLA y presentación de resultados.
- Conocimiento de otras áreas de TI y sus interacciones (por ejemplo, infraestructura, mesa de servicio)
- Experiência en implementación de procesos
- Capacidad para analizar y gestionar tickets
- Visión estratégica
- Proactividad
- Trabajo en Equipo
- Interactuar con el representante del cliente, incluidas las visitas a los sitios web de los clientes
