**FUNCIONES**:

- Atención a clientes en la elaboración y seguimiento de reservaciones a través de la comunicación directa con ellos y de los sistemas designados para ese fin.
- Documentación de todo el proceso de embarque: Instrucción de reservación a líneas navieras, confirmación de bookings a clientes, avisos de arribo, instrucciones al agente aduanal, instrucciones de embarque, etc.
- Seguimiento diario del status de las reservaciones con los clientes y proveedores, asi como su registro dentro del sistema de reservaciones para cumplir estándares de servicio y tiempos de respuesta.
- Identificar e implementar mejoras a los procesos del área con el objetivo mejorar los níveles de servicio al cliente.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva y clara con los clientes para el cumplimiento de sus requerimientos.
**REQUERIMIENTOS**
- Buscamos Licenciado en Comercio Internacional
- Joven con excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Organizado, gusto por el trabajo en equipo
- Facilidad para trabajar con múltiples tareas a la vez
- Con enfoque a cumplimiento y seguimiento de objetivos
- Muy importante que tenga muy buen nível de inglés.
No se requiere experiência de trabajo. Buscamos que tenga conocimientos básicos de logística marítima, áerea y terrestre y sea de rápido aprendizaje.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: Hasta $17,000.00 al mes
