**What is the role about?**

We are currently looking for a Test Coordinator to be involved in a global Workday Payroll implementation programme.

This is a LATAM time zone remote based, **contract role** for a 6-to-12-month period. **Start date is ASAP**.

As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote based members who will connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.
- Testing experience in deployments for Payroll including WD payroll or other payroll systems
- Experience with integrations from Workday to Payroll systems will be considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with at least two Workday programs as Test Lead / Coordinator.
- Strong experience in planning and managing the activities of a test plan.
- Strong Workday understanding especially BPs, Datasets, calc fields, integration types, etc.
- Experience with highly complex integrations preferably between HR, Payroll and Finance.
- Familiarity with different test implementation phases, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
- Knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and technologies, with a specific emphasis on integrations from Workday.
- Experience with various test tools
- Ideally Spanish speaking
- As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the LATAM region, so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future._
