Customer Service Representative Not a Call Center

Main activities:

- Responsible of following up orders of product requests by the customer; based on product knowledge, acts as a customer contact regarding product specifications, warranty services, as well as scheduling and shipping.
- Answer customer phone calls to give status or change orders, as well as report and correct any errors that may occur within the labeling.
- Management of accounts by client, updating the necessary information of each one within the database.
- General support in warehouse (printing labels, packaging)
- Schedule from Sunday to Thursday -Fri/Sat Off
- Location: Carretera, Tijuana - Tecate Km140, Parque Industrial El Bajio, 21503 Tecate, B.C.
**Requirements**:

- 1 -3 years of experience in logistics /warehouse /customer service (Call center experience a plus)
- Experience with FedEx, UPS processes(desirable)
- Advanced English (essential).
- Microsoft software
- High School Degree.
- Monday Friday from 7am till 5pm.
