**About the Role**:
**Major Accountabilities**
- Ensure product availability
- Administration of product inventories in key accounts
- Assist PIMS team with the follow up of the patients or HCPs enrolled in the support programs
- Stakeholder management within every account in territory:

- Hospital Director
- Administrative directors
- Division Heads
- Service Heads
- Supply Departments
- Purchasing Departments
- Pharmacy
- Analyze the market trends to define a plan of proactive promotion
- Identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the business to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales
- Understand patient journey and the role of each medical specialty in the treatment of patients
- Promote the product with HCPs based on the key messages defined by marketing team
- Provide professional clinical support to customers
- Handle customer or HCP questions regarding the products
- Having approach with Payers and Prescribers trough digital platforms

**Experiences**:

- 2 years as insurance agent with a proven record of sales performance.
- Knowledge of the health care system and its changing environment.
- Selling skills in an account development role.
- Therapy class background
