**What will you work on?**

The Spin Master Mexico Key Account Manager will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. The selected Executive must be a motivated team player, highly numerate analytical and strong communication skills. Responsible for the negotiation with his/her clients, while ensuring the best sales conditions for the Company and the correct execution of the commercial strategies with all of Mexico´s departmental stores.

The Key Account Manager will get the opportunity of working in a dynamic sales organization, securing excellent implementation of Sales/Marketing plans and in
- store campaigns.

**How will you create impact?**
- Negotiate and overview the commercial strategies with all department store channel.
- Prepare the business strategies in collaboration with all the areas, considering the sales volume and commercial offers with all the different clients of the channel.
- Develop Annual Joint Business Plans in closer cooperation with all of his/her clients.
- Develop and assure the best administration of the forecast by month; quarter and full year for every client.
- High Financial sense and control in order to overview the accomplishment of the PL with Spin Master's Finance.
- Prepare short, medium
- and long-term strategies to comply with the sustainable development of one of the most important Retailers for Spin Master Mexico.
- Work together with the Marketing Team in the specifics of the products portfolio and strategy for his/her clients.
- Consolidate commercial relationships focusing in the profitable development of both parties.
- Actualize and present result reports to headquarters and Mexico management team.
- Close inventory tracking both at the retail and at warehouse.
- Overview and correct, if necessary, the field sales force working in close collaboration with the Trade Marketing Team.
- Analysis, Close overview and detailed administration of the assigned Budget and Allowances.
- Keep strong knowledge and tracking of direct competitors.

**What are your skills and experience?**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as KAM preferable in consumer goods companies or seasonal products.
- Walmart experience is highly preferred
- Experience with departmental store chains desirable.
- Bachelor´s degree in a related field required, MBA highly desired.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience in SAP is highly advantageous.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
