**Principal Logistics Coordinator**

To perform a variety of administrative duties related to the in and out freight of merchandise required to the franchises operations.
**You will be responsible for**:
Under supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

- Realizes the logistics operations complying the Company procedures.
- Coordinates domestic and international Logistics operation.
- Prepares Logistics reports and documentation.
- Files all Logistics related documents.
- Comply and adhere to Internal Logistics and Customs Department Procedures.
- Participate and promote activities to improve internal controls and requirements related to International business operations of the Company.
- Follow J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third party vendor if applicable.
- Supervise all logistics operations.
- Generate annual freight budget.
- Generate and analyze freight reports for high runner’s expenses. (suppliers, carriers, mode).
- Looks for freight improvement cost
- First contact for any freight issue with RTO/Logistics corporative offices.
- Manage freight lanes cost with a different franchise logistics sites.
- Responsible to be in compliance with the security requirements and the company environmental control regulations.
- Comply with the local and state and federal regulations together with the procedures and the EHS policies.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed

**Qualifications - External**

**Requirements and Education**:

- Form 4 to 6 years of experience
- Master's Degree Completed
- English level required: Advanced
**Knowledge and Skill Sets**:

- Bilingual: English/Spanish proficiency to be able to read commercial customs and logistics related documents.
- Knowledge of Logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- Customer service orientation.

- Basic PE Knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency in order to navigate in spread sheets, create memos and update data.
- Knowledge of Logistics and Control Software
