We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as** QA LEAD**

**What you’ll do**:

- Creating E2E test strategy, Defect Triaging, Test Data management, Status Reporting and Risk Management.
- Ability to lead QA team and build QA metrics and reporting for leadership team.
- Ability to handle testing techniques and manage the testing of entire project.
- Good Domain knowledge in Healthcare industry and Healthcare terminology.
- Contribute and coordinate effectively in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
- Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
**+5YRS Experience**
- Minimum Hands on in Functional + Automation testing (nice to have not a must automation)
- At least 3yrs of experience in handling Agile and waterfall projects.
- Expertise in coordinating with multiple vendor companies and client SME's.
- Experience on any Agile related tools like Jira, RTC, QuickBase etc.

**Nice to have**:

- Java/Selenium automation skill set
- API testing experience
