**Role**:- The QA leader's role is to develop and execute exploratory as well as automated tests in order to ensure software product quality.- QA Lead's responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities.- The QA Lead will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.- The ability to quickly assess risk, lead a team to a decision point and ensure plans are executed are critical skills required to perform this role.- The lead role is a very hands-on, highly interactive role in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.**Experience**:- Minimum 15 years of Testing experience both Manual and Automation- Strong in Testing concepts- Experience in Architecting & developing Automation frameworks using multiple tools & Languages like selenium, Python, JavaScript- Experience in usage of frameworks like JEST, Pytest- Experience in Agile development- Experience working with multiple scrum teams- Experience leading team- Strong at communication- Familiar with Sauce Labs and jmeter/Blazemeter (performance testing)- Familiar testing AWS services: Lambdas, S3, Snowflake, DynamoDB, Step Functions, CloudWatch- Familiar with GraphQL- Experience using JIRA & Zephyr or equivalent tools- Experience with Gitlab CI or any other CI/CD tools- Strong understanding of Web Technologies (CSS, HTML, HTTP )
