We're looking for a passionate, product-focused **QA Lead** who has hacked systems in creative ways, and who are curious about new languages, technologies, and trends. We believe that working hard is a byproduct of loving what you do and not something that can be assured on a timesheet.

**Location: Mexico - Remote**

**Skills** we are looking for**:

- 10+ years of experience as a** Full-Stack automated and manual QE**:

- 6+ years of experience in technical leadership for automation engineers
- 7+ years of development in** test experience in Java/Javascript/Python programming languages**:

- 4+ years Hands-on experience on** building CI-CD pipelines **for regression and other test suites
- Strong expertise in **Selenium Webdriver** based automation frameworks
- Strong experience in backend testing for APIs & databases using frameworks like** Rest Assured, TestNG** etc
- Understanding of Design Patterns
- Strong analytical and problem solving Skill
- Microservices architecture experience
- Good knowledge in CI/CD development and support (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Strong communicator and quick learner
- Some experience with Platform-level DevOps experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple SDET resources

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing multiple teams and their automated testing activities
- Maintaining QA best practices across teams
- Focused on detail oriented code-reviews
- Projecting QA improvement plans for upcoming quarters
- Interacting with peer QA leads, Dev and QA managers on daily basis
- Identifying QA practice gaps and bringing in new solutions
- Daily monitoring of CI-CD jobs for all teams, monitoring test cases health across all teams under you

We look for engineers that demonstrate passion for what they do and develop. You must be curious, persistent to find the right solutions to resolve complex problems and able to communicate and express ideas properly.
