Mobility (Mobile Device and Telecoms) Analyst

**What you’ll do**

Overall Service Management of Telcom Portfolios such as Data, Voice, Mobility with various activities including:
Telecom Order Management

Telecom Inventory Management

Maintain voice and mobile inventory in TEM tool

Telecom Invoice Management, validation, and payment tracking

Manage Mobile Service and Device Ordering

Charge category mapping

Cost Centre mapping and charge back reporting

Collaboration Reporting of inventory and cost to various stakeholders

Assist teams with invoice and inventory related queries

Collaborate with supplier and teams for resolving payment escalations and late fees issues

Collaborate with End User to assure they are delivered a superb End to End service

**Essential for the role**
- **
Should have an understanding of various Telecom and mobile network services and providers (AT&T / Verizon / Tango, etc)**
- Experience in Telecom invoice processing or inventory management.
- **
Knowledge of Telecom service and Expense management Tools (TEM).**
- Must have an understanding of Service Management, Data Analysis Insights and Reporting.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication Strong ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams located worldwide.
**Desirable for the role**
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) tool Knowledge is preferred.
