Guarantee communication, support and follow-up needs and expectations from current and potential customers, offering quality products and services, with an attitude of service and continuous improvement aligned with global objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Work experience: Experience in customer relations, quality system, customer complaints, order processing, price lists, supply management and rebates, with a high sense of customer satisfaction and quality of service. + 5 years of experience on SCM.
- Study background: Business or engineering studies
- IT Know How: Advanced SAP & Office
- Language skills: English (fluent)
- Automotive Customer portals knowledge
