**ABOUT THE ROLE** As our Community Ops VA, you’ll play a vital cross-functional role supporting both logístical execution and community operations at MDS. From coordinating the delivery of physical items for events and members to managing key backend processes that keep our online spaces organized, your work ensures smooth, high-quality experiences for both our internal team and external community. You’ll liaise with vendors and our warehouse, maintain item and shipment tracking systems, and support daily operational tasks across departments.
