**Requisitos**:

- Inglés avanzado.
- Preparatoria concluida (certificado).
- +1 año de experiência en puesto similar (helpdesk o call center):

- Soporte / comunicación con usuarios llamada, chat o videollamada.
- Resolución de problemas de hardware, software y networks.
- Troubleshooting nível 1.
- Levantamiento de tickets.
- Escalamiento de ticket a las siguientes líneas de soporte.
- Experiência con: Citrix, ServiceNow, Active Directory y VPNs.
