**WHAT’S NEW WITH APTAR**
We have an exciting position open in Queretaro, Mexico**:_Payroll and Time and Assistance Specialist_** Reporting to **HR Service Delivery Coordinator Latam** this position will be based on Queretaro.
The PY and T&A Specialist is responsible for acting as a Subject Matter Expert in Payroll and Time attendance sharing deep knowledge and expertise, granting support to different stakeholders among the organization and assure process completeness
**_Responsabilidades_**
- Take ownership of complex cases escalated by HR Admin, conduct analysis, and provide efficient resolution of requests on a timely manner. Escalate requests to third level of support in case additional support is required.
- Perform payroll data entry in payroll system before established cut-off date.
- Perform work schedule changes in HR system when required.
- Maintain absence quotas and time accounts in HR system.
- Perform reporting activities according to internal and external requirements / requests.
- Run payroll calculation and validate results performing required adjustments when required.
- Execute controls / verifications throughout payroll process according to best practices and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to complete any payroll related processes (e.g., Finance).
- Ensure end-to end Payroll processes completion within timeframe and following established standards and methodologies. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed for HR Services.
- Collaborate with External Partner / Vendor on the update of payroll system parameters based on governmental and labor changes.
- Identify and propose improvement actions related to process and systems / tools.
- Ensure local requirements are successfully integrated into global policies and processes.
- Maintain required documentation and participate on knowledge management activities (e.g., training).
- Ensure compliance with the legal requirements of your country, and pay and submit taxes on time and without penalties.
- Run time evaluation and contact corresponding owner in case of data issues ensuring errors are corrected on time.
- Manage T&A annual activities, such as absence quotas generation, time accounts transfer and new year calendar preparation.
- Manage communication with Local Authorities and/or External Partners / Vendors via established channels.
- Guarantee that relevant data is transferred correctly to Payroll system.
- Ensure end-to end Time and Attendance processes completion within timeframe and following established standards and methodologies. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed for HR Services.
- Detect and report new technical requirements or potential issues, monitor progress and validate applied solution.
- Maintain required documentation and participate on knowledge management activities (e.g., training).
**LATAM Specific**
- Use natural resources responsibly
- Ensure that norms and procedures of Quality and Sustainability Management System are carried out
- Follow the Health and Safety Policies established by the Company,
- Participate in the Quality of Life programs offered by the Company
- Participate in other committees involving cultural and technological transformation issues
- Manage payroll annual activities, such as data entry, legal reporting generation and new year calendar creation.

- Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/related field
- Knowledge on Payroll Process / Activities
- Knowledge on SuccessFactors, Payroll Systems and Ticketing Tools
- Experience in a Shared Services Center environment (is a plus)
