Nuestro Sales Operations Team Leader es responsable de manejar y administrar los recursos de Sales Operations enfocando esfuerzos en el desarrollo técnico y analítico de proyectos que se trabajan en el área así como en la optimización de la operación de ventas.
Actividades:
- Administración, seguimiento, entrega y presentación de proyectos estratégicos.
- Llevar al equipo de trabajo más allá de sus capacidades, guiando, apoyando y procurando ser mejores cada día, tanto téctica como cognitivamente.
- Manejo de excel, SQL, DWH, lenguajes de programación que permitan la manipulación, procesamiento y presentación de datos.
- Comunicación efectiva sobre encuentros importantes, proactividad ante los retos y nuevas oportunidades en el negocio.
- Diseño y desarrollo de dashboards ad-hoc.
- Presentación de información a nível gerencial.
- Seguimiento regular de los principales KPIs operativos con el objetivo de buscar optimización de procesos y cumplimiento con las reglas internas.
**Qualifications**
Manejo de CRM avanzado (SalesForce de preferencia),
Excel avanzado,
inglés avanzado,
Presentación de resultados avanzado.

- Excel / Sheets - 5 años
- SQL - 3 años
- Python/R - 2 años
- Tableau/Data Studio - 2 años
- Salesforce/Hubspot (CRM) - 2 años
