**Description**:As an Analyst Support member, you will report directly to the Sales Operation Leader and be responsible for providing essential support to our sales community. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate data within our CRM system, facilitating sales operations activities, and leveraging sales enablement tools to drive business success.**The responsibilities**:- Collaborate with the North America sales operations team to ensure accurate updates and maintenance of the CRM system.- Generate ad hoc reports and conduct audits of contacts and accounts via CRM to ensure data integrity.- Populate CRM records with CRB leader and account status information.- Add new accounts to the CRM system and confirm NA HQ location during weekly reviews.- Correctly tag campaigns in CRM and create and track client engagement records.- Compile and provide information packets for account planning exercises.- Maintain relationships with senior analysts to support sales operations activities.- Perform additional tasks as required to support the team's objectives.**Qualifications**:**The requirements**:- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.- Proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Operations, or related field preferred.- Excellent communication skills in conversational English.- Ability to represent Sales Operations and WTW with integrity and credibility.- Attention to detail and ability to produce data analysis and insights.- Experience with CRM systems advantageous.- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and abilities
