**Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager - L2**

- Lic. terminada en áreas de Tecnología

- **Experiência con IAM trabajando con SailPoint, IdentityNow, Microsoft Technology Stack (imprescindible**:

- **CSM, CSPO o cualquier certificación de gestión de proyectos.**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Analice y traduzca requisitos comerciales complejos en historias de desarrollo.
- Facilite y participe en sesiones de diseño y pizarra para garantizar que se satisfagan las necesidades comerciales prioritarias.
- Brindar soporte para problemas de producción del sistema, solicitudes de cambio y mantenimiento. Mantener la documentación del conocimiento.
- Preparar y presentar el conocimiento de la materia, las soluciones y las opciones tanto por escrito como en presentaciones para audiencias internas y externas.
- Facilite las reuniones de Scrum, incluido Daily Scrum, preparación de Backlog y reuniones retrospectivas de sprint. (JIRA)
- Familiaridad con ServiceNow para gestionar tickets/colas y asignación de trabajo.
- La planificación de recursos/capacidad garantiza que estamos maximizando el rendimiento del equipo
- Experiência con IAM trabajando con SailPoint, IdentityNow, Microsoft Technology Stack (imprescindible)

Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
