**What You’ll Do**

Project Planning, Coordination, and Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, manage resources or vendors and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Support requirements gathering as needed.
- Coordinate delivery with vendors and external partners as needed for system implementation or integration.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with business leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and ensure project objectives align with business goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clear understanding and agreement on project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders to address escalations and provide traceability.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Organize and conduct UAT sessions with appropriate business users and obtain release signoff.
- Oversee the testing of systems and processes to ensure they function correctly and meet user needs.

Change Management:

- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.
- Ensure project deliverables are updated regularly, reviewed, and approved.

- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project coordination skills, ability to coordinate multiple vendors
