**What you will do**
The North American BDR Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the ongoing success of Lead Qualification for Marketing Demand Channels in the US and Mexico regions, as well as ensuring NBO Generation targets are achieved effectively. The role will require acting as Line Manager for all members of the US and MX BDR Teams, overseeing their delivery of a world class experience to all prospects and customers, and working with the Global BDR Manager to carry out onboarding, coaching, and training where necessary. The North American Team Lead will be strategic and adaptable, working to meet individual KPIs and targets, in addition to those of the wider MX and US Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example in consistently delivering a world class experience to all Teletrac Navman prospects, ensuring individual and Team KPIs are achieved effectively.
- Work closely with the Global BDR Manager to contribute to and oversee the delivery and sustainment of Standard Work and best practice within the US and MX BDR Teams.
- Deliver training and ongoing coaching for BDR Team members in tools, processes, and Sales/Marketing tech.
- Allocate and distribute Leads created during Out of Contracted Hours to Team members evenly and effectively.
- Lead regular Daily Management calls, ensuring team are focussed on impacting KPIs, taking effective countermeasures, and carrying out necessary activities.
- Partner with Marketing, as well as Sales Manages and Account Executives to improve NBO Sales Funnel delivery, utilising experimentation and VBS where necessary.
- Undertake periodic product training to increase individual and team knowledge.
- Provide day-to-day support to BDR team members as required.
- Other duties/projects as required.
**Who you are**
- 2+ years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer centric role, preferably for a SaaS business.
- Experience working in a Team Lead or Management role desirable but not essential.
- Metric focussed, with a strong desire and ability to hit targets and exceed expectations.
- Have exceptional time management and organisational skills and possess the ability to coach and nurture others in the same discipline.
- Must be a high energy, self-motivated individual that can work and thrive in a fun, face paced environment.
- Empathetic, with a keen ability to identify, unearth and nurture prospect’s needs, pain points, values, and objectives.
- Experience working with Sales and Marktech such as 6Sense, SalesLoft, Vidyard and Calendly, desirable.
