**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support our client-focused insurance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process employee enrollments and terminations with insurance carriers
- Prepare and organize paperwork for renewal quotes
- Maintain accurate client records and spreadsheets
- Collect census data and benefit summaries- Coordinate with insurance carriers and vendors
- Scan, file, and manage important documents
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
**️**Qualifications**:
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance or employee benefits (a plus, not required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and standard office tools
- Friendly and professional communication style
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
