**Requisitos del puesto**
- Licenciatura concluida o trunca en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.
- 1 o 2 años en ventas internas, telemarketing B2B o prospección (comprobable)
- Disponibilidad de horario
- Deseable manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Zoho o similar)
- Conocimiento básico del sector salud.
- Técnicas de prospección y calificación de leads.
- Buena ortografía y redacción profesional para correos de contacto.
- Capacidad de seguimiento estructurado y uso de indicadores de desempeño.
- Ser resiliente, persistente, organizado, proactivo y empático.
- Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Orientado a resultados.
**Responsabilidades del puesto**
- Contactar y calificar leads provenientes de canales digitales y bases internas.
- Canalizar oportunidades calificadas al equipo de ventas (Consultores, vendedores o especialistas de producto).
- Colaborar con el área comercial para proporcionar las metricas de desempeño de las distintas áreas comerciales y el cumplimiento de metas.
- Contribuir al crecimiento del funnel de ventas mediante prospección efectiva en el canal privado y público.
- Realizar prospección telefónica y por correo electrónico.
- Dar seguimiento a contactos hasta su calificación como oportunidad de negocio y derivarlos a ventas.
- Identificar necesidades del cliente mediante escucha activa y preguntas clave.
- Agendar reuniones para los ejecutivos de ventas o especialistas de producto.
- Reportar semanalmente actividades y resultados.
- Mantener actualizado el CRM con información precisa y oportuna.
- Participar en sesiones de capacitación comercial y de producto.
