**Responsibilities**:
As a bilingual scheduler, you will Manage monthly scheduling operations.
- Schedule updated training for security guards.
- Leverage available systems to optimize scheduling and reduce operational costs. for Inter-Con Security’s client.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with the admin team at the site assigned.
- Coordinate with trainers for scheduling dates and special trainings.
- Open and close requisitions to maintain the operational staff.
- Communicate with officers over master schedules, training schedules, updated schedules, removals (depending on the project).
**Requirements**:
- Workforce management experience
- Call centre Dispatch experience (a plus)
- Experience using CRMs
- Use of Excel
- Shift availability
- Effective communication with the team
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet precise deadlines.
**Skills/Abilities**:
- Scheduling knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Be able to commute to our office
- Experience with MS Office
- Be able to interact within Inter-Con’s corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Time management, organization, and multi-task skills
**Compensation**
- Base monthly salary
- Law benefits

Pay: $32,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- 11320, Ciudad de México, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call Center Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)
- WFM: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
