Excelente tarde Estamos buscando Customer Service para Freight Forwarder en Monterrey
Experiência principalmente en tráfico LCL y FCL, marítimo y aéreo, principalmente.
**Responsabilidades**:
Seguimiento con el agente en origen y contacto con cliente en todo momento.
Coordinar el tráfico mayormente de importación, tanto en LCL y FCL, desde la recolección de la carga hasta su llegada a destino final.
Proactividad de prospección para generación de nueva carga a clientes existentes.
Desarrollo de proveedores y de clientes.
Negociación de tarifas.
Planeación de proyectos especiales en conjunto con equipo de operaciones.
Inglés intermedio
Horario: lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 6:00 pm (1 hora de comida)
Zona: Monterrey, Nuevo León (Presencial)
Sueldo: $20,000 a $23,000 netos mensuales + Prestaciones de ley
