**Vacante para la empresa Nex en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:**Logistics Customer Service**:** Área**: Logística / Operaciones**Sector**: Químico**Ubicación**: (Agregar ubicación)**Descripción del Puesto**:En **CRS Forwarder** estamos buscando un **Coordinador de Logística Internacional** con sólida experiência en **freight forwarding**, idealmente habiendo desempeñado funciones como **Customer Service Representative (CSR)**. El perfil ideal es una persona proactiva, resolutiva y orientada al cliente, capaz de coordinar operaciones internacionales de transporte terrestre con un alto grado de eficiencia, seguridad y cumplimiento normativo, especialmente en el manejo de productos químicos.**Responsabilidades**:- Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de transporte terrestre nacional e internacional, garantizando entregas puntuales, seguras y con apego a las regulaciones.- Dar seguimiento a embarques internacionales, gestionando la comunicación con transportistas, agentes aduanales y clientes.- Atender y resolver incidencias operativas, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva y oportuna con todas las áreas involucradas.- Analizar y optimizar rutas, procesos logísticos y costos operativos.- Negociar tarifas, contratos y níveles de servicio con proveedores logísticos y transportistas.- Controlar inventarios en tránsito y coordinar movimientos entre centros de distribución y almacenes.- Monitorear e interpretar indicadores clave de desempeño logístico (OTD, tiempos de carga/descarga, eficiencia de rutas, etc.).- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales para el transporte de productos**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Plásticos
