Program Manager

Become a key member of our leadership team as a **Program Manager**, leading cross-functional initiatives, tracking project milestones, and optimizing processes for data product launches.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and oversee planning efforts for data product deployments and standardized launch procedures
- Develop and update enablement materials and resources for DxPA stakeholders
- Establish, assist, and advocate for enhancements to project intake and evaluation workflows
- Implement and back new final review protocols for data products and deliverables
- Perform capacity assessments and project status evaluations to maintain alignment
- Aid Taskflow cleanup efforts to increase visibility of ongoing tasks
- Engage directly with stakeholders to share status updates and clarify procedures
- Assess current SDLC workflows to detect areas needing improvement
- Recommend roadmaps to refine SDLC workflows and support team compliance
- Support data extraction using SQL and Looker to fulfill leadership inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in program management with at least 3 years in similar roles
- Solid understanding of business process management and optimization methods
- Knowledge of communication management process design
- Experience with documentation and document control practices
- Ability to coordinate and align priorities among various teams and stakeholders
- Competence in defining and monitoring project metrics
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
- Skill in assessing and enhancing software development lifecycle procedures
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
- Analytical problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
