As a **Senior Program Manager (Finance)**, you will oversee comprehensive program lifecycles within the finance division, collaborating with legal, technology, and finance teams to mitigate risks and foster stakeholder engagement. **Responsibilities**
- Oversee complete program lifecycles as part of the Program Management Office
- Lead finance-related cross-functional initiatives partnering with finance, legal, and technology teams
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide clear and timely communication on program status, risks, and schedules
- Coordinate activities across diverse teams and organizational levels
- Manage programs effectively across multiple time zones

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance program or project management
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills
- Experience using finance systems such as ERP
- Proficiency in program management tools like Jira
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience collaborating across various teams and organizational hierarchies
- Capability to manage programs across different time zones
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
