**What we are looking for**

What you’ll do
- Process inbound leads and submit RFPs (on platforms such as HotelPlanner) for designated properties.
- Administer administrative duties such as reservation creations, contract execution, correspondence, creating internal documents, and communicating with guests for post-booking inquiries.
- Assist multiple sales managers with reservation flow and in determination of contract types and terms.
- Generate reports from third-party platforms (e.g., HotelPlanner, CVent, Airbnb, VRBO) as required.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and assist with month-end reporting.
- Maintain accurate sales files and manage collateral inventory.
- Assist guests with reservations and track bookings in designated systems.
- Work cross-functionally with local teams, revenue management, and the broader sales team.
- Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or short-term rental industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, colleagues, and management at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with reservation platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HotelPlanner, CVent, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to new processes and systems.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Flexibility to work occasional late nights and weekends as needed.
