**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced third-party contractor to develop an automated process that will take assessment data from forms, process it through multiple tools, and generate polished, personalized presentations using **Canva**, enhanced with **ChatGPT** recommendations. This project aims to streamline our workflow and improve efficiency, offering a more personalized experience for our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Collection and Processing**:

- Automate the extraction of assessment data from Google Sheets.
- ** HubSpot Integration**:

- Automatically push the processed data into HubSpot for reporting and tracking purposes.
- ** Presentation Creation**:

- Use Canva templates to automatically create personalized presentations for each user.
- Integrate ChatGPT to generate relevant content suggestions based on the assessment data.
- Ensure all output is visually compelling and adheres to our brand guidelines.
- ** Documentation**:

- Provide clear documentation of the automation process, including workflows, triggers, and troubleshooting steps.

**Deliverables**:

- Automated data flow from Google Sheets to HubSpot.
- Automated generation of personalized presentations in Canva, with AI-driven content recommendations.
- Detailed documentation of the automation setup and its components.

**Ideal Skills & Experience**:

- Expertise in **Zapier** or other automation platforms.
- Strong experience with **HubSpot** integrations.
- Familiarity with **Canva API** and **ChatGPT API** for content generation.
- Solid experience in **data processing**, automation best practices, and formula-based insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in developing automated workflows and integrating various tools and platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
