Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Provide solutions per customer’s needs and requirements
- Provide technical documentation such as datasheets, brochures, etc
- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Perform load calculations
- Help customers on product selection
- Product Cross reference
