Technical Support Engineer

Requisition ID: 35639- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Support Engineer to establish and maintain good relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned. You will ensure that all customers’ requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.- Analyze internal and external technical problems under coordination in order to recommend initial solutions, provide emergency support to the client onoperation and make final adjustments- Control inventory level 50, complying with the necessary procedures for the removal and inclusion of parts for service, controlling movements, seeking to meet the desired inventory levels.- Analyze products and provide laboratory tests, in order to verify the validity of the warranty in case a defect is found in the product.- Develop training materials, provide customer training on Danfoss products, validate technical materials, and train internal team on featuresof the products and also about the technical support attention.- Active support on marketing requirements with technical activities like translations, trade shows, webinars and special projects**Background & Skills**:- 3+ years’ work experience like technical support engineer, design engineer, testing engineer on industrial and commercial refrigeration and/or Air conditioning systems within a manufacturing company preferred.- Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.- Sensitive to customers’ needs and able to create good dialog with customers.- Bachelor´Degree- English Advanced**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
