**Sales Support Coordinator**

Our company is seeking a highly organized and versatile Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensure the growth of our organization over the next 3-5 years as we look to expand our Youth Outdoor Education programs across the state of California and beyond

**Key Responsibilities**
- Marketing contect development to support growth and celebrate current achievements
- Conduct research to identify potential leads, gather market intelligence, and assist in lead generation efforts.
- Assist in maintaining the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of leads and customer interactions.

**Qualifications**
- Previous sales experience.
- Outgoing and Fun personality
- Ability to face rejection and confidence to call potential leads
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and research skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Sueldo: Hasta $38,000.00 al mes
